Fetchlify respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Fetchlify does not host, store, or distribute any third-party copyrighted content. Our tools access publicly available content on third-party platforms and do not circumvent any digital rights management (DRM) systems.

Fetchlify does not host or store third-party media on its own servers. Tools process only what you provide or request, at the moment you request it. If you believe content accessible through Fetchlify infringes your copyright, you're welcome to submit a DMCA notice to us and we'll review it.

To file a notice, send the following information in writing to our designated contact below:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf.
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL or location on Fetchlify where the allegedly infringing material appears.
• Your contact information — name, address, phone number and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Send your DMCA notice by email to contact@fetchlify.com. Include 'DMCA Takedown Request' in the subject line. We will review and respond to legitimate requests within 5 business days.

If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with: your contact information, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
