Our Position on Copyright
Fetchlify respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Fetchlify does not host, store, or distribute any third-party copyrighted content. Our tools access publicly available content on third-party platforms and do not circumvent any digital rights management (DRM) systems.
Notice and Takedown Procedure
If you are a copyright owner and believe that content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) identification of the infringing material; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good faith belief; and (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Submitting a Takedown Notice
Send your DMCA notice by email to contact@fetchlify.com. Include 'DMCA Takedown Request' in the subject line. We will review and respond to legitimate requests within 5 business days.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was incorrectly removed, you may submit a counter-notice. Our designated agent will review counter-notices and respond accordingly.
